IDEADONNA has carried out programmes of information and basic training for gender empowerment aimed at women of African origin.

This our experimental project started in September 2008 and ended in April 2009. We carried out workshops on job insertion, health and computer literacy for Sub-Saharan women.
The project was funded by the Province of Turin (in the framework of the Call for actions and initiatives on immigration policies 2008) and the Local Health Unit 2 of Turin, with the collaboration of CGIL Turin (Trade Union).
